Founded in 1894, the mill has evolved into a living museum with its own power station, dyeing facility, spinning mill, weaving mill, and finishing processes. Guided tours showcase various machines and production processes. The museum mill features its own museum shop, rotating exhibitions, and a simple cafe. 9. Take a Trip to the Day Trip Hut Aurebu

Aurebu is a destination for day trips where you can take a break, enjoy your packed lunch, warm up, meet others, experience the surrounding nature, and perhaps browse through a book. The hut is 25 m2 in size and features both a library and a wood-burning stove. There is also a solar power system with lighting for use when it gets dark. The hut is intended for day visits only, and any overnight stays would need to occur outside.
