Bratt Friluftsliv offers you via ferratas with three different levels of difficulty. All routes are properly bolted and safety assessed, allowing us to safely guide you up the mountains Løefjell in Brokke, Nomelandsfjell in Valle or Straumsfjell in Straume, depending on your level and skills.

National cycling route, bike park, pumptrackmountain biking and downhill

Some people choose a bicycle as a means of transportation through Setesdal; others take a shorter ride just for fun. In any case, nature is their closest companion.

Setesdal is known for its steep mountain sides, rising from the valley floor and easily accessible from the main road RV9. In the upper part of the valley, in Valle and Bykle, several mountains are suitable for randonee skiing

Alpine skiing and snowboarding

Choose between numerous pistes of varying difficulty, check out the terrain parks and the floodlit pistes. There are also great off-piste opportunities, some through the forest.

Throughout Setesdal, there are several places where you can strap on your skis and venture into snowy expanses or well-groomed forest trails.

HovdenTour - a cross-country race for everyone; ranging from hobby skiers to performance athletes.

The Color Line Tour is organized every year. This 210-km bicycle race goes from the coastal city of Kristiansand to the mountain village Hovden in the north of Setesdal.

Try your luck fishing. In the mountain lakes, trout is the only species.

There are separate fishing permits to be purchased, one for each lake. These are available on the website inatur.no
